Fees - until end of 2012

Fees are fully inclusive and include the full performance, travelling, music between sets as required:

 

• For a performance of one or two sets, with a playing time of up to 1½ hours, the total cost would be £280

 

• For a performance of up to three sets, and a playing time of up to 2¼ hours, the total cost would be £360

 

Playing times are completely flexible & will be arranged with you to make sure everything runs as per your schedule

Locations covered are generally within a 75 mile radius of London Heathrow Airport with travel already included in my fee, but further afield can be considered

For all performances, I'm generally on-site at the venue for the playing time plus two hours which allows 90 minutes to set up & 30 minutes to break down

Prices have stayed the same for over three years but unfortunately the ever rising cost of fuel & insurance means that, for bookings from 2013, I will need make a small increase to £295 & £380 respectively

Equipment

Saxophones - Tenor & Alto are my usual instruments, but I also play Baritone & Soprano. These are some of the best modern & vintage instruments from Selmer, Conn, Keilwerth, Yanagisawa & Yamaha

Microphones - Radio & Wired

PA System - I have a selection of equipment which I can tailor for each performance as necessary -  one system is fine for a single location, but I can also bring an additional system to allow for change of area or for inside & outside performances at your venue without the need to move equipment

Lighting - it is possible for me to provide lighting, but this does involve a much longer setup time and generally isn't appropriate for this type of event. Once lighting is set, it cannot be moved

Interval Music - recorded music provided can be as required, or your own ipod & playlists

Certification

Public Liability Insurance is always current

All electrical equipment is fully PAT tested
